We are so excited to welcome you to the desert!
For our out-of-town guests, we recommend staying at the hotels linked below. Transportation to and from the Ritz on Friday and Saturday will be provided from both the Omni and Hilton.
We have reserved rooms at discounted rates from Friday through Sunday, with the option to extend your stay at the same rates on select dates before or after. These rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please use the links or call the numbers below and mention the Byer/Merrigan Wedding.
If you wish to book nights before April 4th or after April 6th, we recommend calling the hotel directly.

* Please note that the daily resort fee will be reduced from $50 to $30 upon checkout. Additionally, most rooms in the block have one King bed. If you prefer to secure a double-Queen room, there will be an additional charge of $40.
TRAVEL
PSP - Palm Springs International Airport
This airport is a 15-20 minute drive to the venue and hotels listed above. It is a smaller airport with nonstop flight options from major cities (several from San Francisco, a few from Chicago and New York). There are plenty of taxis and Ubers/Lyfts available for transportation to and from PSP.
LAX - Los Angeles International Airport
This airport is a 2 hour drive to Rancho Mirage without traffic (up to 4 hours in peak traffic). As a larger airport, it has more flight options than PSP at varying price points. We recommend renting a car if you fly in and out of LAX.
SNA - John Wayne Airport
This airport is also a 2 hour drive to Rancho Mirage without traffic, so we recommend renting a car if you fly in and out of SNA.
ONT - Ontario International Airport
This airport is a 1.5 hour drive to Rancho Mirage without traffic. We recommend renting a car if you fly in and out of ONT.
